Football Player: Legends Path

Effective Date: July 14, 2026
Last Updated: October 23, 2026

Football Player: Legends Path (“Football Player,” the “App,” or the “Service”) is developed and operated by Barış Güler, trading as ATEA Games (“ATEA Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use the App, why it is processed, how it may be shared, how long it is retained, and the choices available to you.

By downloading or using Football Player, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

This policy webpage does not use cookies, analytics, advertising scripts, tracking pixels, embedded content, or external fonts.

Privacy at a Glance

1. Scope and Data Controller

This Privacy Policy applies to the Android and iOS versions of Football Player: Legends Path and to privacy-related communications sent to ATEA Games.

For personal information processed directly by ATEA Games, the data controller is:

Some services integrated into the App process information under their own privacy policies and may act as independent data controllers.

2. Information We Collect

The information collected depends on how you use the App, your device settings, your consent choices, and the services available in your country.

2.1 Device and Technical Information

We or our service providers may process technical information such as:

The App does not request or collect precise GPS location through a device location permission.

2.2 Gameplay and Analytics Information

We collect gameplay events to understand how the App is used, balance the game, identify problems, and improve the player experience.

This information may include:

An in-game character’s selected nationality represents a fictional game attribute. It is not intended to describe the user’s actual nationality, race, or ethnicity.

2.3 Advertising Information

The App may display advertisements through third-party advertising providers.

Depending on your region, device settings, and consent choices, advertising providers may process:

Advertising providers may combine information collected through the App with information collected from other apps, websites, or services in accordance with their own privacy policies.

2.4 Crash Reports and Automatic Error Reports

iOS and iPadOS update: The next App update disables automatic technical reports, including reports to our support spreadsheet and Firebase Crashlytics submissions. It removes the automatic Technical Error Sharing prompt and setting. An earlier opt-in will not enable these submissions in the updated version; queued automatic support reports and pending Firebase crash reports are discarded. You may still choose and separately approve sending a single error report or a career-save file to support. This change requires installing the updated App; versions installed before this update may retain the reporting behavior described in their earlier notice.

Android: In releases offering Technical Error Sharing, we ask separately before sending automatic reports. Sharing is off until you enable it, and an existing choice is preserved on update. You may decline and continue playing, or change your choice in Settings. These optional reports are not used for advertising, cross-app tracking, or data brokerage. Allowing technical reports does not grant advertising or tracking permission; allowing advertising or tracking does not enable technical reports.

Depending on the platform, release and report you approve, crash and error information may include:

Reports are used for technical troubleshooting. Direct technical reports filter recognized name and identifier fields, email addresses, file paths and URLs before transmission. They are not guaranteed to be anonymous: error text can contain game context or user-entered content. Full career saves and photos are excluded from these direct reports. Native crash reports may contain crash or installation identifiers and technical context.

On Android releases offering automatic sharing, turning it off prevents future automatic submissions and discards queued direct reports. Crash reports from sessions without the same continuing permission are not released on a later opt-in; crash sharing starts with the next app session. Reports already submitted cannot be recalled by changing a setting or installing an update; you may request deletion using the contact information below. On either platform, you can approve a single error report without enabling automatic sharing. A record of the applicable notice version, consent scope and consent time accompanies direct reports and save uploads.

2.5 Bug Reports and Support Communications

The App allows you to voluntarily create a bug report or suggestion through your device’s email application.

The App may automatically prepare technical information such as:

You decide whether to send the email and may review or edit its contents before sending it.

If a career cannot finish loading, the App may also offer a separate “Send Save File” action. The full save is uploaded only after you confirm that action, even when automatic sharing is off. It may contain player names, career choices and custom content. It is associated with the technical report identifier, stored in a restricted Google Drive support folder, and is not sent to advertising providers. Google services may process the file outside your country. You may cancel and continue using the recovery options.

If you contact us, we may receive:

Support emails are processed through your email provider and Google’s Gmail or Google Workspace services.

Please do not include passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information in a bug report or support message.

2.6 Purchases and Subscription Information

The App may offer monthly or yearly subscriptions or other in-app purchases where supported by the relevant platform and release.

Payments are processed by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not directly process, receive, or store your payment card or bank account details.

The App may receive limited purchase information required to provide the purchased feature, such as:

Purchase availability may vary depending on the platform, country, App version, and store configuration.

3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The following information is generally stored locally on your device:

ATEA Games does not intentionally upload your career save, custom player image, or imported identity pack to its analytics or advertising providers.

This information may leave your device only when you deliberately export, share, attach it to a support message, or approve the in-App “Send Save File” support action after a loading error.

Apple or Google device backup services may include locally stored App data depending on your device and backup settings. Those backups are controlled by the relevant platform provider.

The App does not require access to your device microphone. References to a “camera” within game settings refer to the in-game football camera and not the device’s physical camera.

4. How We Use Information

We may use the information described in this Privacy Policy to:

We do not use custom player images or locally stored career files for advertising profiling.

6. Advertising, Consent, and Privacy Choices

The App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform, also known as UMP, to present consent or privacy messages where required.

Depending on your country, you may be given options relating to:

Rejecting personalized advertising does not prevent you from using the App. Advertisements may still be displayed, but they may be contextual, non-personalized, or otherwise limited.

When required by the consent framework, you may reopen the consent controls from the App’s Privacy Settings or Manage Privacy Options section.

The permanent Privacy Policy button and the consent management controls serve different purposes. The Privacy Policy button opens this document, while Manage Privacy Options allows you to review or change applicable consent choices.

iOS App Tracking Transparency

On iOS, tracking across other companies’ apps and websites for advertising or measurement requires permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) system. ATT is separate from regional advertising privacy choices. Neither permission overrides a refusal in the other control. We do not use the Technical Error Sharing choice as permission to track.

In the updated permission flow, required regional advertising messages finish before the App requests ATT. Where regional choices rule out the relevant advertising use, the App skips the ATT request. If an ATT request is needed but remains unresolved, advertising initialization waits; playing the game does not require accepting tracking. Apple may suppress its permission window when a decision already exists or system or account restrictions apply.

If you deny this permission:

Device Advertising Controls

You may also manage advertising preferences through:

Resetting or deleting an advertising identifier may not delete information previously processed by an independent advertising provider.

7. Analytics and Google Signals

On Android, we use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand App usage and improve Football Player. Google Analytics Advertising Features, including Google Signals, may be used only where applicable consent and platform settings allow them.

On iOS and iPadOS, basic Firebase usage analytics is enabled after initialization; Firebase advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization and IDFV collection are disabled. Firebase Crashlytics submissions are disabled in the upcoming iOS and iPadOS update described in Section 2.4. Disabling crash submissions does not disable basic usage analytics. Crash reports from supported earlier releases are not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Where Google Analytics Advertising Features are enabled on Android with the applicable permission, they may provide aggregated reports about:

Reports made available to ATEA Games are aggregated and are not intended to directly identify individual users.

You can control Google advertising personalization through your Google Account or device advertising settings.

Google Analytics Retention

For Android analytics data, our current Google Analytics retention settings are:

Age, gender, and interest information associated with Google Signals is retained for up to 2 months, regardless of other user-property retention settings.

Google Analytics retention settings generally apply to user-level and event-level data. Aggregated standard reports may be retained for longer because they are not affected by the same retention control.

Service providers that process personal information on our behalf are required to protect it in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Third parties acting as independent data controllers are responsible for their own processing activities under their respective privacy policies.

9. How Information Is Shared

We may share or allow access to limited information:

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.

However, personalized advertising and the transfer of advertising identifiers to advertising partners may be considered “selling,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under certain privacy laws.

Where applicable, you may opt out using the App’s privacy options or your device settings.

We do not share custom player images or locally stored career files with advertisers. Files you choose to send to support are handled as described in Section 2.5. If you share a file through an external service, that service handles it under its own privacy policy.

10. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Analytics Data

The following configured retention periods apply to Android analytics data. Advertising-feature information applies only where those features are enabled. Retention of iOS usage analytics is controlled by the relevant Google Analytics property settings and Google’s retention controls.

Crash Reports

For reports submitted by supported Android or earlier iOS/iPadOS releases, Firebase Crashlytics generally retains crash information for 90 days before the removal process begins, subject to Firebase’s service operation and policies. The upcoming iOS and iPadOS update stops new submissions; it does not itself delete reports already held by Firebase.

Bug Reports and Support Messages

Direct technical error reports in the updated reporting service are retained for no more than 30 days. Unsent direct reports expire locally after 30 days, and changing the automatic-sharing choice clears the queue. The service performs scheduled cleanup independently of new uploads. If its maintenance check is unavailable, new clients do not send report contents or save files to it.

Bug reports and support correspondence are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to investigate, respond to, and resolve the relevant issue.

Career save files that you explicitly submit from the loading-error screen are kept privately for up to 30 days and then deleted.

They are periodically reviewed and deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

Information may be retained for longer where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, prevent abuse, meet tax or accounting obligations, or comply with applicable law.

Local Game Data

Locally stored game data generally remains on your device until you:

Copies may remain in platform-controlled device backups according to your Apple or Google backup settings.

11. International Data Transfers

ATEA Games is based in Türkiye, while our service providers may process information in other countries, including the United States and countries where their servers or personnel are located.

These countries may have privacy laws different from those in your country.

International transfers require a valid transfer mechanism under applicable law, in addition to a basis for processing. Depending on the applicable jurisdiction and service, this may require an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. An in-App sharing choice does not by itself establish these safeguards or replace them for recurring transfers. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse.

These measures include limiting the information collected, using reputable service providers, using encrypted network connections where supported, and restricting access to support and diagnostic information.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through support emails or attachments.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

You may submit a privacy request to: gulerbaris2000@gmail.com

We may need to request reasonable information to verify your request and protect users against fraudulent requests.

Because Football Player does not require an ATEA Games account, we may not always be able to associate analytics or advertising data with a specific person.

Some data may be controlled directly by Google, Unity, Yandex, Apple, or another independent provider. In such cases, you may need to exercise your rights directly with that provider.

You may also remove locally stored game information by deleting App data or uninstalling the App, subject to platform-controlled backups.

14. California and Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have additional rights, including the right to:

ATEA Games does not sell personal information for money.

Advertising-related transfers may nevertheless qualify as sharing or targeted advertising under some state laws.

Applicable opt-out choices can be exercised through the App’s privacy options or device advertising settings.

15. Children’s Privacy

Football Player is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13 or to children below the applicable minimum age of digital consent.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children below the applicable minimum age.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us at: gulerbaris2000@gmail.com

We will review the request and take appropriate steps to delete the information where required.

Age restrictions and parental consent requirements may vary by country.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect:

When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page.

If a change materially affects how personal information is processed, we may provide an additional notice within the App or request new consent where required.

You are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

18. Contact Us

If you have questions, suggestions, privacy requests, or complaints concerning this Privacy Policy, please contact:

We will review privacy requests and respond within the period required by applicable law.
